Fire & Knife Supper Club is an ongoing underground
event for the people in Grand Rapids, MI who love to eat just as much as we love to cook. Founded by myself, Brian Gerrity and funded through the Devos’ 5X5 competition, I have created a fun and spontaneous dining environment that any foodie is sure to enjoy.
Our goal is to gather the foodies of Grand Rapids and put them in a room with the most inventive culinary minds of the city in a creatively free and casual environment.
Through a multiple course prix fixe dinner we will share our passion for food unbridled by the restraints of the conventional restaurant.
